That’s why we need to consider about the design of the desk and the chair so that people who are working under the desk will feel at ease and comfortable for hours. Another thing to consider before buying the desk is the capacity of the desk. Some of the offices need a lot of spaces to save their files and documents, so desk with many drawers and storages are needed. One of the popular types of desk that has a lot capacity is the U-shaped desk.
U-shaped desk is a desk that using U shape as the basic model of the desk. There are two types of desk with this shape; the front desk or the side desk. The front desk is the typical of U-shape that facing the employee. So, the below part of ‘U’ or the middle part of U alphabet is the one that facing the employee. The side desk is the desk with the middle part of U alphabet at left or right side of the employee. In that way, there’ll be an open space at the left/right at the employee desk. This type of desk is perfect for employees who are constantly leaving and come back at the desk for work.
Basically, the designer will make the lines in the U-shaped desk with the same length.
